Judy offers private and confidential, safe, one on one individual therapy in Toronto. Judy specializes in trauma and anxiety and approaches therapy from a variety of modalities working with client specific goals and strengths. Judy brings extensive professional experience from the field of child maltreatment, sexual assault and abuse and interpersonal violence and brings mindfulness and yoga therapy to her counselling work.
Judy's practice is grounded in a holistic mind-body approach and incorporates mindfulness and mindful movement into therapy. She ia Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified facilitator of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Judy offers several therapeutic options for yoga and mindfulness for individuals and groups.
Judy offers supervision and training for frontline workers and therapists working with clients who have mental health needs or a history of trauma. Judy offers a range of training and consulting services --all designed to help your agency improve services and productivity as well as strengthen employee health, well being and satisfaction. Job stress, sometimes referred to as compassion fatigue, or a critical situation may lead to unmet health needs within your organization.
